2 Rue de l&rsquo;\u00e9glise &#8211; 64230 DENGUIN <em>(avec une personnes qui vous accompagne dans la d\u00e9marche en ligne)<\/em><br> (Voir calendrier des ouvertures dans l&rsquo;onglet contact ci-dessous).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dossier d&rsquo;inscription est compos\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du formulaire d&rsquo;inscription <em>(vous recevez le formulaire \u00e0 remplir et signer \u00e9lectroniquement apr\u00e8s avoir s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 votre formule d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du r\u00e8glement de votre cotisation ( \u00e0 payer depuis votre espace personnel en ligne)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Une personne peut aussi vous accompagner dans les d\u00e9marches sur place lors de nos permanences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pay\u00e9, puis rempli et sign\u00e9 le formulaire \u00e9lectronique vous recevrez dans les jours suivant une confirmation d&rsquo;inscription par mail apr\u00e8s traitement de votre dossier par notre permanence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Infos &gt;
